SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX), a leading business process services company, announced today that Peter J. Coleman has been appointed to be Senior Vice President of the HP Enterprise Technology Solutions. Mr. Coleman will report to Peter Larocque, President of U.S. Distribution.
In this newly created role, Mr. Coleman will be responsible for the strategic direction, customer engagements and day-to-day operations for the HP Enterprise Technology Solutions business. Additionally, Mr. Coleman will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and programs for the SYNNEX Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) businesses.
“Peter is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of direct experience in the enterprise distribution business. He is results-oriented with a decisive, leadership ability,” stated Peter Larocque. “Peter will be instrumental in taking our Technology Solutions Division to the next level of growth as we continue to invest in this strategic area of focus for SYNNEX. Before joining SYNNEX, Mr. Coleman most recently served as Executive Vice President and Member of the Executive Committee at Agilysys, Inc. During his tenure, he was Executive Vice President of the approximately $600 million Technology Solutions Group Division where he was responsible for the P&L, development of the strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Prior to that, Mr. Coleman was President of the Agilysys Keylink Systems Group enterprise computer distribution operating division.
